This could really go either way. The Eagles need both Malcolm Jenkins and Rodney McLeod to be on their A-Game this week. Last week, these two — especially McLeod, played some of the worst football they have played in quite some time.

It’s evident that the distrust for the cornerbacks has affected McLeod and Jenkins’ play at this point in the season. The two safeties are forced to try and do too much, and now mental errors are killing the Eagles even more.

This week, none of those errors can happen. Last year, the Eagles got torched in the passing game against Dallas on the road, and they can’t allow it to happen again. McLeod has been playing some excellent football all season long, and the team needs its best guys to step up when they are needed the most. McLeod is surely needed a lot this week.
