Week 12: vs. Seattle Seahawks

At this point, the Eagles would be on a two-game win streak with a massive win against New England. They would have tons of momentum after beating Brady and Belichick once again and will look to do the same against Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll of the Seattle Seahawks.

We can argue the Eagles might be the better team on paper when comparing to the Seattle Seahawks, but none of that will matter. There’s just something about playing the Seahawks that doesn’t sit right with us. The Eagles are historically bad against them in recent times.

As a matter of fact, the Eagles have never been able to defeat the Seahawks during their successful Russell Wilson era. And guess what? Wilson is playing some of his best football this season as he’s undoubtedly an MVP candidate right now.

The mix of playing Wilson and the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football just feels like a recipe for disaster in Philly. Seattle will pull off a convincing win at the Linc, and the Eagles would need to re-group once again so they can bounce back the following week.

Results: Seahawks win, 6-5 record
