Seven games remain in 2019’s regular season. Let’s give out some report cards for Doug Pederson and the rest of the Philadelphia Eagles coaching staff.

At some point, Doug Pederson has to get some credit for the job that he’s done with the Philadelphia Eagles. Guys get hurt, unknowns are thrown into important positions, and Philly continues to overachieve. Sure, it seems like he can’t get out of his own way sometimes, but if you can forgive him for the occasional snafu on third down, you might realize the guy can coach.

Sure, Frank Reich obviously did more than what fans sometimes gave him credit for during his time here. Sure, some of Pederson’s in-game decisions are often atrocious, but if being an Eagles fan hasn’t taught you anything else, it should have taught you this.

Winning a Super Bowl is hard to do. Some of you seem to have forgotten that winning the next one will be more difficult, not less.

He’ll need help though. A good head coach is only as good as his players and assistants. ITI gave out grades for the Eagles starters on the offensive unit. Then, we did the same for the defensive starters. Now, it’s time to grade the coaches after the bye week.
