9. Carson Wentz

Well, this one is obvious. Carson Wentz has played well, and his team has won. He’s also played well, and his team has lost. Recently, his team has played well enough, and Carson Wentz has been much of the reason that the wins didn’t come. He’s said it’s on him and he has to be better, and everyone who’s been watching can agree with that.

The Eagles aren’t going to win five games if Wentz struggles down the stretch. To be honest, if he plays like the Carson Wentz we’ve all seen over the past two weeks, the Eagles won’t even beat the Miami Dolphins. How he goes, this team goes.

10. Doug Pederson

If there are anonymous sources that are attacking teammates, that’s a coaching issue. If this team isn’t getting all that he should out of the wide receivers, that’s a Carson Walch issue. If this team is struggling with its offense, that’s on Mike Groh. If Wentz is regressing, that’s on Press Taylor.

There’s just one thing, the head coach has to bear the brunt of the criticism for all of that. Doug Pederson needs to prove that Frank Reich wasn’t the lone reason for his success. We all know he can do the job, but he has to do the job. His team must win now.
