Odell Beckham Jr. and 4 wide receiver trade targets for Eagles in 2020
By Dan Parzych
1. Odell Beckham Jr.
The last thing Cleveland expected after acquiring Beckham in the offseason was to see the star wideout only have two touchdown catches to his name with three games to go, yet here the Browns are.
After performing better than expected towards the end of last year, expectations were high for the Browns heading into the 2019 season, and those expectations reached new levels when the team managed to land Beckham to provide Baker Mayfield with another reliable weapon to work with.
No matter how much Beckham denies the reports over wanting to be traded, chances are this is going to be a popular topic that carries over into the offseason, especially if the Browns miss out on the playoffs.
Beckham has proven to be a headache at times over the course of his career, but there’s no denying his talent makes him one of the league’s best players when on top of his game.
One can only imagine the criticism that would follow Beckham if he were to end up on a third team in three years during the 2020 season as a result of another trade, but at least if that team turned out to be Philadelphia, Eagles fans certainly wouldn’t be mad one bit.
