2. Kelvin Benjamin

Back in 2014, Kelvin Benjamin seemed to have a ton of potential when it came to becoming one of the league’s next top wideouts after finding a way to make an immediate impact as a rookie with the Carolina Panthers.

That season, Benjamin found a way to haul in 73 catches for 1,008 yards to go along with nine touchdowns, making it easy to see why the future appeared to be bright with the Panthers for the wideout.

Unfortunately, Benjamin would suffer a torn ACL the following year, leaving a huge void for Carolina in the passing game throughout the 2015 season.

Once Benjamin was healthy enough to return, the former Florida State star once again appeared to have a bright future with the Panthers before the team decided to send him to the Buffalo Bills in the middle of the 2017 season through a trade.

After struggling to fit in with the Bills’ offense, the team would eventually release the wideout in December of the 2018 season before the Kansas City Chiefs decided to give him a shot for the remainder of the year.

One year later, Benjamin is currently without a team after no one decided to give him a shot in 2019, and even though this could be viewed a major red flag for Philadelphia, they honestly have nothing to lose by giving him a chance.
