In typical journalistic fashion, the ITI staff stuck its nose where it didn’t belong and found five potential coaching candidates for Philadelphia Eagles rival New York.

What in the world happened to the New York Giants? Here’s something you casual NFL fans need to be made aware of. No one understands the history and the pride of the Giants organization more than Philadelphia Eagles fans and the Philly media. For decades, one eye has been fixated on the ‘Birds’. The other has been constantly eyeing every effort and action of ‘Big Blue’.

As much as you, as an Eagles fan, want to see this team go 0-16 every single season (well, they could beat those Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins occasionally), you’re very aware that this has, historically, been a class organization that does things the right way and plays good football.

Who knows who these guys are that have been running around MetLife Stadium for the past few seasons. Change is coming in the New York Giants organization. They may find a new head coach and general manager, but here are five coaching candidates that make sense if they do indeed fire Pat Shurmur.
