The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys will meet in Week 16 to play a game that may decide who wins the NFC East. Here are five bold predictions.

Dear NFL fans, there’s a John Madden in all of us. Every Philadelphia Eagles fan has a coach, prognosticator or broadcaster that’s just dying to get out. We’ve all watched everyone from Howie Long and Terry Bradshaw to Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe to Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman. We’ve all felt like we could do their jobs better.

Who knows? Maybe, one day we can all get a video game named after us too.

Now, that we got all of that out of the way, let’s talk a little Eagles football. You may have heard that they’ve got a game on Sunday versus the Dallas Cowboys, and whoever wins that game the ‘Birds’ or that team from Texas (nobody here is going to call them ‘America’s Team’), is going to have an inside track to winning the NFC East.

Even if the Eagles win, they must take care of business a week later versus the New York Giants. A loss in week 17 and a Cowboys victory in their final regular-season stanza would still mean the Cowboys take the NFC East. Wouldn’t that be catastrophic? Here are five bold predictions for the game.
