Well, there won’t be any major Eagles updates today, but that doesn’t mean that Carson Wentz isn’t working. QB1 has had quite a busy Christmas.

The Novacare Complex is quiet. There won’t be any major updates. We won’t get that nightly recap with Molly Sullivan. Carson Wentz won’t be answering any pressing questions any of these young Philadelphia Eagles receivers.

It’s Christmas, and today is about giving, family and, yes, the NBA.

Are there any days off with Carson Wentz though? If you’re somewhere wondering what your favorite players do on Christmas. The answer is quite simple. They do what they do all season. They make the lives better of the people who cheer for them and put smiles on their faces.

It’s been a busy holiday for QB1, but did you actually think that anything else would be the case? Giving is just a part of our favorite quarterback’s nature. His work with his food truck, ‘Thy Kingdom Crumb‘, and his AO1 (Army of One) Foundation is quite inspiring. Take a look at some of the highlights leading up to and during this holiday season.

Well, you know what they say. It’s better to give than to receive. If we’re all being honest though, that receiving part of the deal is pretty cool too. Some might say that Christmas came early as the ‘Birds’ gave their fans all over the country an early gift.

How about a 17-9 win over the rival Dallas Cowboys? That one was the third win of a three-game stretch where Philly took care of business versus their three biggest rivals, the New York Giants, the Washington Redskins, and, of course, that team that’s erroneously been referred to as “America’s Team” for decades.

QB1’s been brilliant.

Here’s a man who’s often criticized, both fairly and unfairly. He’s constantly having to prove things about himself that we all should have learned long ago. He always handles himself in a classy manner. Oh, and he didn’t forget to spread a little holiday cheer on December 25th.

At this point, you have to ask. If there’s someone who doesn’t like this guy, does that demonstrate an issue with Wentz or the guy that’s doing the complaining? Rest easy Eagles fans. Your signal-caller is a very special human being, both on the field and off.
