15. Malik Harrison, inside linebacker, Ohio State

Nigel Bradham has done an awesome job with calling the defensive signals, but selecting a true inside linebacker and moving Bradham back to the outside wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Pay attention to Malik Harrison when Clemson and Ohio State lock horns. Unlike Simmons, Harrison will be around in the mid to later rounds if Philly addresses other needs and looks to add a linebacker later on in 2020’s draft.

He has 69 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and four passes deflections so far this season.

16. Jeffrey Okudah, cornerback, Ohio State

Jeffrey Okudah may not be around when Philly makes their selection in the 2020 draft’s first round. He’s figured by many to be a top-16 selection. He’s the total package at cornerback, and at six-foot-one and 200 pounds, he has the size to body anybody, not to mention the speed and athleticism.

He’s added 26 tackles, three interceptions, and six pass deflections to his resume in 2019.
