Here are five concerns worth keeping an eye on for the Philadelphia Eagles heading into their Week 17 battle with the New York Giants.

With 15 games officially in the books, the Philadelphia Eagles will wrap up their 2019 regular season on Sunday with a key Week 17 battle against the New York Giants in a game that could officially clinch the NFC East for Doug Pederson’s squad.

Thanks to last weekend’s win over the Dallas Cowboys, the Eagles just need to defeat the Giants on Sunday to secure the division title for the second time in three years.

Otherwise, Philadelphia will need some help from the Washington Redskins defeating the Cowboys, which unfortunately seems unlikely due to numerous factors, meaning Sunday should be viewed as a must-win situation for the Eagles.

Despite Philadelphia winning the first battle in overtime against their rivals a few weeks ago, the circumstances will be much different this time around for both teams, some of which could work to the advantage of the Giants.

All things considered, the Eagles should feel confident in their chances of defeating the Giants since they actually have something to play for other than pride, but also as every football fan knows, this is always easier said than done.

Since there are numerous concerns for Philadelphia to worry about heading into Sunday’s contest, here are some that stand out the most for the Eagles worth keeping an eye on with a potential trip to the playoffs on the line.

Philadelphia fans may not want to hear the negative talk before facing New York, but at this point in the regular season, it only seems fair to discuss.
