Philadelphia Eagles: 5 concerns for Wild Card matchup with Seahawks
By Dan Parzych
The Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Seattle Seahawks during Wild Card Weekend on Sunday.
After the Philadelphia Eagles found a way to punch their ticket to the playoffs for a third year in a row this past weekend by defeating the New York Giants to claim the NFC East title, the next task for Doug Pederson‘s squad is finding a way to take down the Seattle Seahawks.
Back in November, the Seahawks managed to pull off a key win at Lincoln Financial Field after beating the Eagles 17-9, but the circumstances will be completely different for this second meeting.
For starters, both teams are facing a must-win situation since the team that comes up victorious gets to advance to the Divisional Round of the playoffs while the loser watches the rest of the playoffs from home.
With Philadelphia entering the playoffs as one of the hottest teams in the NFL after winning each of their last four games just to lock up the NFC East, plenty of football fans believe this team has what it takes to pull off the upset over Seattle.
However, just like every other team participating in the playoffs, there are plenty of concerns surrounding the Eagles heading into Wild Card Weekend that could even give the Seahawks a better chance of pulling off their second victory in Philadelphia since November.
Since the weekend will be here before football fans know it, here are some concerns worth keeping an eye on for Philadelphia during their contest against Seattle that could play a factor in the outcome of the game on Sunday night.
