2. Howard situation remains a mystery
After previously missing six games, there was plenty of excitement surrounding the return of Jordan Howard for last weekend’s game against the Giants, but the running back was only on the field for a single play.

What made this situation even more interesting was how Miles Sanders was forced to leave the game with an injury to make it seem like this was the perfect opportunity for the Eagles to use Howard more on offense.
While it was certainly great to see Boston Scott step up the way he did against New York to finish with a career performance, Philadelphia isn’t really sure what to expect from Sanders at this point leading up to Sunday, and it’s even more unclear whether Howard can be relied on as well.
Howard’s presence on the field prior to the injury in November always seemed to give the Eagles an extra advantage on offense, and whatever the reason for his lack of usage against the Giants hopefully won’t be the case when facing the Seahawks.
One of the main reasons behind Philadelphia’s decision to bring Howard on board in the offseason was to give the offense an extra advantage come playoff time, but if the shoulder is still an issue, the Eagles could be in trouble.
