Philadelphia Eagles: 3 frustrating factors from 17-9 loss to Seahawks

The Philadelphia Eagles watched their season come to an end on Sunday after losing to the Seattle Seahawks 17-9.
After a magical ride that consisted of winning the NFC East despite all of the major injuries, the Philadelphia Eagles watched their season officially come to an end on Sunday night after falling 17-9 to the Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card Round.
Despite the Seahawks appearing to be the better and healthier team on paper when comparing the results from the last couple of months, many believed the Eagles would still find a way to pull off yet another incredible win.
Unfortunately, Philadelphia just didn’t have enough gas left in them, and as a result will be watching the remainder of the playoffs from home along with 24 other teams, some of which were eliminated as well this weekend.
Coming up short the way they did will be difficult for the Eagles to overcome moving forward, but also when taking all things from this season into consideration, Philadelphia should just be proud of even being in the position they were.
Never in a million years did anyone expect the Eagles of all teams with all their major injuries to be in position to host a playoff game at the beginning of January, yet here they were hosting the Seahawks on Sunday.
One can only imagine how different the outcome of the game would have been if a few different things had gone Philadelphia’s way, and as much as fans don’t want to talk about it, here are three frustrating factors that stood out the most from the loss to Seattle.
