Philadelphia Eagle Howie Roseman owns his big weakness, 3 takeaways
2. Here are two major questions that didn’t get asked.
As expected, we were left in the dark about a few things that we all want answers to. No one was going to answer any questions about Malcolm Jenkins‘ contract nor should they, but it’s safe to say this is something we’ll all be talking about for a while.
Of the disappointing things that Roseman said, talking about what Alshon Jeffery did two seasons ago and calling Nelson Agholor one of the ten fastest wide receivers in the current NFL (that’s a boldface fib) rank at the top.
It was asked why Rasul Douglas got zero work in the NFC Wild Card Round, but that wasn’t huge. Two questions that should have gotten asked about and didn’t are as follows. What happened with that DeSean Jackson fiasco and why were there so many guys that are saying so many things that they shouldn’t to the media?
Is anyone else still curious about Lane Johnson‘s statements about accountability or who the anonymous source that was talking to Josina Anderson was or where in the world did that burner account come from? It feels like the team knows the answers to those questions.
Maybe they do. If that’s the case, hopefully, those things are being handled accordingly. Oh, and here’s another thing. A direct Jalen Ramsey question would have been nice.
