Philadelphia Eagles: 10 free agents to potentially replace Nelson Agholor

2. Randall Cobb
First off, let it be said that with Mike McCarthy officially being named the new head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, there’s a chance that Randall Cobb hopes to return to the team even more since the two previously worked together as members of the Green Bay Packers.
But since Cobb’s contract is officially up, and nothing is set in stone at the moment, it only seems fair to mention the wideout on this list since this past season made it clear the veteran could still bring plenty to the table.
Even though Cobb’s numbers have technically been on the decline a bit since his Pro Bowl year in 2014, all the Eagles need to do is look at his numbers from his first season with the Cowboys to see how great of a signing this would be.
By playing alongside other great playmakers in Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup, Cobb was able to haul in 55 catches for 828 yards with three touchdowns in 15 games for Dallas during the 2019 season.
Similar to Agholor, Cobb isn’t exactly the kind of receiver that shines when he needed to be the top option in the passing game, but luckily this wouldn’t be the case in Philadelphia given their current situation at the position.
