Everyone has their opinion’s on just about everything concerning the Philadelphia Eagles following an emotional 2019 season. Recently, Doug Pederson opened up to clarify a few things.

Listening to Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson‘s weekly talk with Angelo Cataldi on 94 WIP-FM’s Morning Show is, no doubt, a part of the regular weekly routine in you’re a ‘Birds’ fan. Heading into the offseason, Cataldi locked him down for one more big interview before Coach’s attention turns to things like the offseason, the upcoming Senior Bowl, and scouting.

What makes Cataldi’s talks with Pederson great is the fact that the usual questions that typically get answered with a run-of-the-mill ‘I’m not going to comment on that’ answer are always answered by Coach. He’s open. He’s honest, and as Doug said on the Friday leading into the Divisional Round of the playoffs, the fans need to be kept in the loop about certain things. They’re owed that.

Everything was on the table here: Jadeveon Clowney‘s knockout shot on Carson Wentz, Duce Staley‘s shot at the offensive coordinator position, and yes, how he feels about Jim Schwartz. Here are five highlights from Coach as we turn the page on another season. You’ll want to check these out.
