3. Philly shouldn’t rush here, but here’s what they’re looking for.

Coach took a few moments to expound on what he’s looking for in the next Eagles OC.

"(I want) someone who can come in here and understand what we do. I think it’s important that this person is a person that I have to feel comfortable with. I had Frank (Reich). I had Mike and (I know that this is) someone I’m going to be working closely with. (I want) someone who can help us win football games, someone that has a sharp football mind (and) someone who could lead a room of men. He and I can be on the same page that way… I’ll take some time here and look at that."

During Wednesday’s press conference, Howie Roseman complimented the coaches for having a strong system where, in the wake of injuries, guys got promoted and played well. From the outside looking in, the team seems to be developing a farm system for their coaches as well. Could Philly’s new OC be someone who’s already here?
