The dust has just about settled following the Philadelphia Eagles’ Wild Card round exit, so let’s talk about the unexpected performers that helped them get that far this season.

Now that everyone has finally accepted the Philadelphia Eagles‘ season is over and they’ve moved past a playoff loss to the Seattle Seahawks, it’s time to reflect. This is when the film from the past four months is compiled and thoroughly analyzed to judge which players were truly exceptional and which others fell incredibly short.

There was the dazzling performance from the typical standouts of the team, Carson Wentz, Zach Ertz, Fletcher Cox, etcetera. These are the players that are highlighted and praised time and time again for the steady production they contribute to the team. Let’s take a glance at the players that may not have been the focus during training camp or preseason play and may not have even gotten the credit they deserved throughout the year.
