In the latest 2020 NFL Mock Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles focus on the safety position by going with LSU’s Grant Delpit at No. 21 in the first round.

With the offseason officially in full swing for the Philadelphia Eagles and every other team now that Super Bowl 54 is over, it only seems right to jump in on an early 2020 NFL Mock Draft to see where  everyone stands.

After finding a way to win the NFC East despite all of the major injuries on both sides of the football, the Eagles will officially be on the clock at No. 21 in the first round, as Philadelphia will most likely consider numerous possibilities based off team needs.

From needing help at cornerback to considering the possibility of adding depth at wide receiver, it will be interesting to see which position the Eagles decide to focus on in the first round.

In fact, even though safety isn’t considered a top priority as far as the first round is concerned, Philadelphia could be in one of those positions where Grant Delpit is still available, and they may not want to risk waiting until the following round.

Plenty could happen from now until April when the draft gets underway as far as team needs are concerned since the Eagles will have free agency to consider needs as well, but it’s never too early to look ahead at potential possibilities for the draft.

As previously mentioned, Philadelphia could very well decide to go with the best player available at No. 21 since there’s no telling what to expect from the other 20 picks ahead of the Eagles in the first round.

But to have a little fun with trying to predict what to expect, here’s a look at what to possibly expect from the Eagles and every other team in the first round with this edition of a NFL Mock Draft.
