2. Darqueze Dennard

Isn’t it crazy to think how Darqueze Dennard has already spent six seasons with the Bengals when it seems like it was only yesterday the team used a first-round pick on the former Michigan State star?

More from Inside the Iggles

Even though Dennard’s career in Cincinnati didn’t exactly get off to the best start since he failed to record a single start as a rookie, and only started four games over the next two years, the cornerback has come around a bit over the last few seasons.

By starting 20 of the 38 games he appeared in since 2017, Dennard seems ready to take on a larger role in 2020 season if the right opportunity were to present itself.

Looking at Philadelphia’s current situation at cornerback, most fans hope the team will finally decide to move on from Ronald Darby since while there have certainly been plenty of great times, he’s also dealt with injuries in each of the last three seasons.

The possible addition of Dennard certainly isn’t going to solve all the issues the Eagles have been dealing with at cornerback, but this would seem like more of a valuable depth move.

If the Eagles were to add Dennard while finding a way to re-sign Jalen Mills, this could help out at cornerback in a big way.
