3. Randall Cobb

First off, let the record show that Randall Cobb isn’t going to solve all the issues Philadelphia experienced at wide receiver for most of the 2019 season, although his veteran presence could end up working wonders for the offense.

After spending the first eight years of his career benefitting from playing alongside Aaron Rodgers with the Green Bay Packers, Cobb signed a one-year deal with the Cowboys to provide Dak Prescott with another weapon to work with in the passing game.

For the most part, Cobb’s numbers in 2019 (55 catches for 828 yards with three touchdowns) weren’t all that bad, but also could have been better.

Part of the reason behind Dallas previously signing Cobb to a one-year deal was the hope that he would play well enough to earn a better deal down the road. And while this could still very well end up being the case, there could be other teams willing to offer Cobb more money.

This doesn’t necessarily mean the Eagles should be willing to break the bank for Cobb since the veteran wideout will turn 30 in August, but at the right price, this could be a great fit for a No. 3 wideout in the slot for Philadelphia on offense.
