1. Joe Schobert

Every year around this time, there always seems to be talk surrounding the Eagles being in need of help at the linebacker position, and 2020 is no different.

Joe Schobert has spent each of the last four seasons playing in Cleveland, and while the Browns will most likely do everything in their power to keep him around, this could be easier said than done with his stock at an all-time high.

Luckily for Schobert, the linebacker had a career year at the perfect time before officially becoming a free agent after starting all 16 games this past season while recording four interceptions to go along two sacks and two forced fumbles.

What would a signing like this even more exciting for the Eagles is since Schobert is only 26, he still seems to have some of his best years ahead of him in the NFL.

Without question, Philadelphia’s defense should be able to compete at a high enough level to be a top unit in the league once again during the 2020 season, but adding someone like Schobert to the mix would easily increase their chances of living up to the high expectations.

Plus, if Schobert were able to put up these kind of numbers for the Browns, just imagine what he would be able to do playing in a system like the Eagles.
