3 potential free agent targets for Eagles from Packers in 2020
By Dan Parzych
Here are some potential free agents for the Philadelphia Eagles to consider from the Green Bay Packers during the 2020 offseason.
If all goes well during the 2020 offseason, the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers will most likely be two of the top contenders in the NFC once again after each team won their division title this past season.
But before jumping too far ahead, the Eagles should give a look at some of the potential free agents from the Packers to put the team in better position to earn a trip to the playoffs next season for a fourth year in a row.
After previously missing out on the playoffs in each of the last two seasons prior to 2019, the Packers finally became legitimate contenders once again by winning the NFC North during Matt LaFleur‘s first season as head coach.
Coming up short in the NFC Championship the way they did against the San Francisco 49ers the way Green Bay did was clearly frustrating for obvious reasons, but at least with a few key adjustments this offseason, the Packers should remain a top contender.
As for the Eagles, well no one needs to explain the importance of adding the necessary depth to certain positions once free agency gets underway when looking at all of the injuries Philadelphia experienced throughout the 2019 campaign along with the playoffs in January.
Since the Packers are expected to have numerous candidates for the Eagles and every other NFL team to consider free agency wise, here are three names that immediately come to mind for Philadelphia from Green Bay as far as targets are concerned.
