Philadelphia Eagles: 7-Round 2020 mock draft following combine
By Dan Parzych
With the 2020 NFL Combine officially in the books, here’s another 7-round mock draft focusing on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Even though the 2020 NFL Draft won’t officially get underway until April, the Philadelphia Eagles were able to take advantage of this year’s NFL Combine in Indianapolis over the last couple of days to see which prospects could potentially join the squad next month.
Just like every other team in the NFL, the Eagles have numerous areas in need of improvement to focus on this offseason, with cornerback and wide receiver immediately coming to mind after the results of last year.
Between free agency officially getting underway later this month along with April’s draft, the good news for Philadelphia is the opportunities to fill some of these needs will be there over the next few months.
As for how things played out in Indianapolis during the combine, Eagles and football fans in general were fortunate enough to see plenty of prospects at numerous positions watch their stock rise, some of which could even help Philadelphia.
Wide receiver and cornerback will obviously be two positions the Eagles are expected to focus on as previously mentioned, but Philadelphia will also be busy addressing other areas as well.
Plenty could still happen from now until the draft in April, but since Eagles fans are feeling excited over some of the results from this past weekend, it only seems fair to take part in another 7-round mock draft.
So without wasting anymore time, here is the latest mock draft focused on Philadelphia to put the team in better position to earn a trip to the playoffs for a fourth year in a row during the 2020 season.
