Scouting Report. Alabama. Anfernee Jennings. 54. player. Pick Analysis. Linebacker. 117

Over the years, Alabama has seen plenty of great defenders go on to have successful NFL careers, whether they happen to go in the first round or later on.

Could Anfernee Jennings soon see his name added to the list of great defenders from the Crimson Tide in the NFL?

Even though Jennings decided to hold off working out at the combine to wait until Alabama’s Pro Day, the linebacker seems like he will make it well worth the wait for teams in need of help at the linebacker position.

Based off his numbers over the last four seasons, Jennings appears to be the kind of player who continues to get better with experience, and this could be the case as well once he makes the transition to the NFL.

Of course, Jennings like most young players entering the draft has a few areas in need of improvement such as making tackles in the open field, but hopefully some of these weaknesses can improve with the right coaching.

At least with the 13.5 sacks recorded over his last two seasons at Alabama, this gives some sort of idea over the potential Jennings has at the NFL level, and how the Eagles could help fill their need at linebacker during the final day of the draft if needed.
