3. Kenyan Drake

Without question, the best thing that could have happened for Kenyan Drake career wise was the Miami Dolphins agreeing to trade the running back to the Cardinals before the deadline last season.

All due respect to the Dolphins, but Drake turned out to be a much better fit in Arizona after watching him set career highs across the board in 2019 by finishing with 817 rushing yards to go along with eight touchdowns.

When taking into consideration that all eight touchdowns and 643 of those rushing yards came in eight games with the Cardinals, this shows how great the trade worked out for Drake.

As for whether this means Drake will stick around Arizona, well this is one of a few questions that Arizona will need to figure out in the next couple of weeks.

If Drake’s asking price ends up being too high, a team like the Eagles could be in the perfect situation to convince the running back to come on board for the 2020 season to help compliment Miles Sanders and Boston Scott in the backfield.

Even if Drake didn’t handle the responsibilities of the No. 1 running back on offense for Philadelphia, his presence alone would easily help remove some of the pressure off the other guys while giving the Eagles an extra dangerous threat to work with.
