1. Jonathan Bullard

Similar to the situation with Marsh, if the Eagles were in fact interested in bringing Jonathan Bullard on board for the 2020 season, they would most likely be able to get him at a reasonable price.

Once again, Bullard is a defender who would be more of a depth move for Philadelphia to provide the defense with another weapon to work with, although he did manage to start six of the nine games appeared in last season.

One can only imagine how different things would have been for Bullard if he didn’t suffer a hamstring injury towards the end of the regular season, but as long as he’s back at full strength this offseason, this is all teams like the Eagles will care about the most.

Last August, Arizona knew they had nothing to lose in claiming Bullard off waivers from the Chicago Bears, and while there’s always the chance of the Cardinals giving him another shot in 2020, chances are he will test the open market first.

With the Eagles coming off a third playoff appearance in a row, a change of scenery from the Cardinals could put Bullard in position to join a legitimate contender instead of a team going through rebuilding mode.
