2. Phillip Dorsett

Expectations were rightfully high for Phillip Dorsett back in 2015 when the Indianapolis Colts decided to use a first-round pick on the wideout, but the team would quickly give up on him after two disappointing years.

At the time, New England knew they had nothing to lose in acquiring Dorsett from the Colts in 2017 since there was still plenty of time for him to prove that he was capable of being a top wideout in the league.

Over the last three seasons, Dorsett hasn’t exactly been the most consistent receiver for the Patriots in the passing game, but he does deserve some credit for displaying impressive performances from time to time.

The fact that Dorsett only caught 29 passes for 397 yards with five touchdowns in 2019 shows he isn’t exactly the most explosive receiver in the world, but also could be an underrated addition to a team like Philadelphia.

Due to all of the injuries at the position, the Eagles are expected to add a few receivers this offseason to avoid another situation like 2019 in which they were basically relying on practice squad members late in the season.

Someone like Dorsett isn’t going to solve all the issues at wide receiver, but also keep in mind there’s a reason why he was a first-round pick back in 2015.
