Hindsight is always seen in 20-20 vision, and we’d all correct a few Philadelphia Eagles NFL Draft snafus from the Doug Pederson era if we could.

By now, you’ve probably advanced to the point where you believe you’ll snatch your hair out if you hear the NFL Draft is a crapshoot one more time, but as bland as that may be, there are probably no better ways to describe it. No one knows that better than Philadelphia Eagles fans, especially if you’ve been paying close attention during the Doug Pederson era.

If we were to compare the NFL game to the NCAA‘s version, you could look at it this way. Doug Pederson’s regime has already been through its first recruiting cycle. It hasn’t been all bad, but it hasn’t been gravy either.

Many times we’ve heard that had Philly had the first pick in the 2016 NFL Draft instead of the second, they still would have taken Carson Wentz over Jared Goff. It appears that the decision to take Philly’s franchise signal-caller is one that should serve them well for years. Don’t look now, but the Eagles’ entire 2015 draft class has filtered out of the Novacare Complex. Of the 26 men that have been drafted by the Eagles during the Doug Pederson era, 16 are still on the current roster.

They’ve nailed a few picks. They’ve butchered a few others. Let’s rewrite a little history. Here are five do-overs from the Doug Pederson era.
