With the 2020 NFL Draft right around the corner, here are five moves the Philadelphia Eagles should consider making before the big event to improve the team.

Now that free agency has been underway for a few weeks, most of the attention for the Philadelphia Eagles is shifting towards the 2020 NFL Draft to put the team in better shape to compete in the NFC next season.

Watching the Eagles earn another trip to the playoffs for a third year in a row last season despite all of the major injuries was truly incredible to witness, but if Philadelphia has any hope of increasing that streak to four, the roster will still need some improvement.

The draft will certainly help the Eagles fill some of those needs, but also there are still a few moves Philadelphia could take beforehand, whether they seem like long shots or not at the moment.

Between the Dallas Cowboys looking for revenge after coming up short last season on top of the New York Giants and Washington Redskins both expected to take positive steps in the right direction, the Eagles are certainly going to have their work cut out for them in 2020.

From a competitive perspective, there is every reason to believe that Philadelphia will be the ones finishing on top of the NFC East for a third time in four season, but this will unfortunately be easier said than done.
