It hasn’t been difficult at all to notice what Denzel Mims has been doing over the past four seasons of college football. In 40 career games with the Baylor Bears, Mims has hauled in 186 passes for 2,925 yards and 28 trips to paydirt.
Whether he’s available at 53 or not is up for debate, but just the fact that we’re having this conversation means one thing. All the hype surrounding this draft class is very real. In any other, he’d be a first-rounder.
