. Troy Vincent, CB (1996-2003). 3. player. 54. .

Sometimes, teams hit the jackpot. Troy Vincent was the seventh-overall selection of 1992’s NFL Draft. No one is ever going to be able to throw the “bust” label on him.

It’s hard to imagine what the Miami Dolphins were thinking, but Vincent walked after four seasons. Philly picked him up before 1996’s version, and what followed was five-consecutive Pro Bowl appearances throughout eight seasons (1999–2003). Add that to a Second-team All-Pro nod in 2001 and a First-team All-Pro nod in 2002.

Vincent earned the “Whizzer” White NFL Man of the Year Award in 2002, the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award that same year, and Ike Reese was even quoted as saying that he had more pull in the Eagles’ locker room than Andy Reid had.

Vincent is a member of the Eagles Hall of Fame thanks to tallying 558 total tackles, 4.5 sacks, 100 pass breakups, and 29 picks in an Eagles jersey. His inclusion on this list is a no-brainer.
