How quickly things change in the might and parity-driven NFL.

At the end of 2017-2018 season, Jared Goff had supposedly turned the corner and  Sean McVay was a genius and the NFL’s Coach of the Year (even though Doug Pederson probably deserved to be).

At the end of the 2017-2018 season, Jared Goff had supposedly turned the corner and  Sean McVay was a genius and the NFL’s Coach of the Year (even though Doug Pederson probably deserved the honor).

The Rams made it to the Super Bowl a year later but couldn’t muster any offense during the game, and now, after an unforeseen set of circumstances, the questions about Goff are back and the theory is defensive coordinators and opposing coaches have caught up with Sean Mcvay.

The first two times Doug Pederson and McVay matched wits, Philly came out on top. Both of those times, the games were in L.A. This time, the Rams have to travel across the country, and the game is in Philly. There’s no reason to believe the result won’t be the same. Pederson makes it 3-0 over the coach that’s boasting his Coach of the Year trophy. ITI’s way-too-early prediction: Eagles 27, Rams 20
