With the 2020 NFL Draft officially in the books, here are some round-by-round grades for the Philadelphia Eagles.

After three of exciting action, the 2020 NFL Draft has come to an official end, and in what shouldn’t come as a surprise at all, the Philadelphia Eagles have left fans with plenty to discuss.

For months, the main speculation surrounding the Eagles has been the team would look to address the wide receiver position early after key injuries to DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery put the offense in a tough spot last season.

As frustrating as it was to watch Philadelphia miss out on CeeDee Lamb after the Dallas Cowboys made a surprise selection in the first round for the wideout, the Eagles were still able to get TCU’s Jalen Reagor at No. 21.

Fans can say whatever they want about their frustration towards the team passing on LSU‘s Justin Jefferson, but between Reagor’s speed, and ability to contribute on special teams, there are reasons to be excited about this decision.

Meanwhile, Philadelphia pulled off one of the biggest surprises of the draft in the second round of the draft by going with Jalen Hurts at No. 53, which no one could have predicted in a million years.

The Eagles were certainly expected to consider adding a quarterback at some point in the draft, but going with someone like Hurts this early has resulted in all sorts of questions surrounding Carson Wentz’s future with the team.

Now that the draft is over and done with, the focus shifts to determining which players have a legitimate shot at seeing significant playing time as a rookie, and which individuals have their work cut out for them.

But for now, it’s time to take a look at some 2020 draft grades surrounding the Eagles since there is plenty to discuss, both good and bad.
