There have been a few subtle jabs, but his recent decisions have forced his detractors to speak more loudly. Should the Eagles place Howie Roseman on the hot seat?

The debate has been raging for a while, and at this point, it figures to carry most Philadelphia Eagles fans through both the Spring and Summer. How are we to evaluate vice president and general manager Howie Roseman?

Is he a mad genius of some sort or just this stubborn old rock head who can’t seem to learn from his mistakes? To be honest, regardless of what side you’re on, we may be at the point where it’s time to make some honest critiques about a man an entire fan base will truly love forever.

Come on. You know it’s true. He makes you want to rip your insides out, but deep down you love Howie Roseman. We all do. Why? It’s quite simple actually. Some theories state his best decision in the most recent selection meeting was his fourth, K’Von Wallace, formerly of the Clemson Tigers. Howie’s biggest weakness, in the eyes of some, is his evaluation of talent, and that’s an awful trait for a vice president and general manager to have.

Is it time to warm that seat a little? You can make the argument that it is, and there are four reasons why that’s the case.
