Philadelphia Eagles schedule 2020: 5 Games not to overlook
By Dan Parzych
With the Philadelphia Eagles 2020 schedule officially out, there are a few games the NFC East champions can’t afford to overlook.
After the Philadelphia Eagles put together a successful NFL Draft, the next item on their agenda for the offseason was to see what the team’s 2020 schedule would end up looking like.
While the defending NFC East champions already knew their list of opponents for the upcoming 2020 season, the actual schedule itself was still a mystery, that is until Thursday night.
Along with every other team in the league, the Eagles have plenty of reasons to be excited over what their schedule for 2020 has in store, although repeating as division champions will be much easier said than done.
Philadelphia already knew they would be in for numerous tough battles throughout the 2020 season outside their division games, whether it was hitting the road for games against the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers or hosting the Baltimore Ravens at home.
But also, the Eagles need to be extra cautious over some of the more favorable games on the schedule as well, mainly because the last thing they can afford to do is overlook these contests, and show up unprepared when the time comes.
Take a look at last December when the Eagles were shocked on the road against the Miami Dolphins, and this is the perfect example of how there are no guarantees when it comes to NFL games, no matter how the two teams compare.
The actual start of the 2020 regular season may still be a few months away, but since the recent schedule release is the popular topic of conversation at the moment, here are five games Philadelphia can’t afford to overlook when the time comes.
