The Philadelphia Eagles released their 2020 schedule on Thursday, meaning the start of the regular season is that much closer.

With Thursday’s release of the NFL 2020 schedule, the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans have another reason to be excited for the regular season to officially arrive, even if it still happens to be a few months away.

After finishing on top of the NFC East last season for the second time in three years, the Eagles already knew their opponents for 2020 were going to be much tougher, especially with a tough trip across the country to face the San Francisco 49ers on the schedule.

But now that Philadelphia’s schedule is officially out, the reality of just how difficult it will be to earn a trip to the playoffs for a fourth year in a row is beginning to sink in for the Eagles.

Philadelphia already knew they would be playing with targets on their back after finishing on top of the NFC East, and they certainly have plenty of reasons to feel confident in their chances of extending their season into January with the talent on each side of the football.

However, one of the best parts about the start of a new season is how every team starts off with the same record at the beginning of September, including the Eagles.

In order to be the best, a team like Philadelphia will need to challenge the best, and the Eagles will have plenty of opportunities to prove they can in fact compete with some of the top contenders during the 2020 season.

Now that Philadelphia’s schedule is official, it’s time to have a little fun by ranking all of the games from easiest to hardest so fans can see the challenges ahead for the Eagles a few months down the road.
