Pick Analysis. Leonard Fournette. player. 52. Scouting Report. . . 1

Believe it or not, there have been some trade rumors surrounding Jacksonville wanting to move on from Leonard Fournette, which would most likely draw plenty of interest from teams in need of help at the running back position.

And even though the Jaguars made it clear a few weeks ago they still intend to have Fournette be part of their future plans, plenty could change from now until the start of training camp.

For all Jacksonville knows, an offer too good to turn down could come along at some point since Fournette’s toughness has proven to be one of the best in the league at times, meaning there are most likely a few teams willing to give up a high draft pick if the Jaguars were interested.

Philadelphia may not be as desperate as other teams for help at the running back position, but the thought of Fournette teaming up with Miles Sanders and Boston Scott could help the Eagles’ offense elevate their game to a new level.

With the way the NFC East is shaping out, Philadelphia realizes they will be playing with targets on their backs all of next season, and will need as much extra help as possible on both sides of the football.

Some football critics will claim Fournette isn’t worth it since his numbers should arguably be better, but also keep in mind the running back hasn’t always been part of the best offenses in Jacksonville.

In other words, if Fournette were to join a better offense like the Eagles, this could finally help him live up to the previous high expectations when he joined the NFL in 2017.
