Here’s a list ranking every second-year Philadelphia Eagles prospect by their possibility of improving, sort of. We had to cheat to get a few guys in.

17 prospects sit on the Philadelphia Eagles roster who are looking to tack their second year of NFL in-game experience on their resume, but here’s the thing. Not all of these guys were drafted in 2019. Some took less than conventional paths to find their way onto someone’s roster and onto an NFL field, so it seems weird to call them second-year guys, Greg Ward for example.

Forget all of that practice squad and San Antonio Commanders stuff. Last year felt like his first year in a way, so he’s on the list. Hang in there, folks. There’s a method to the madness, and we’ve got a pretty nice ranking here to cycle through.

Here’s a countdown of every second-year guy on the roster from bottom to top in terms of their potential to improve on last season, beginning with the longshots to make the 2020 final 53-man roster. You can best believe that once camp begins, they won’t be taking the practice field intending to be asked to turn in their playbook.
