3. Wentz finds Ertz for six (twice). Philadelphia Eagles win in overtime.

There wasn’t much to cheer about during the Eagles’ first meeting with the hated Giants on Monday Night Football in Week 14, but in the end, fans got the desired result. Remember when we were just talking about Sidney Jones making plays? This was one of those games you should have thought about.

After Wentz found Zach Ertz to tie things at 17 with 1:53 remaining, Jones’ timely breakup of a slant pass from Eli Manning to Darius Slayton with 1:35 remaining in the game helped send a game the Eagles had to win into overtime.

An Eagles’ offense that had been dormant for much of the game did the rest. Philadelphia won the overtime toss. They took the ball and marched right down the field, and this one ended with a play that often works, Wentz looking for Ertz in the end zone. The highlights of this one are worth a watch on the NFL’s YouTube channel as well.

Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve reached the top two moments on this list. Let’s stay on the subject of primetime games, shall we?
