Philadelphia Eagles fans are in for a treat from Miles Sanders in 2020.

Second-year running back Miles Sanders enters his second season in the NFL poised to be the featured back for the Philadelphia Eagles. With several questions still unanswered at the receiver position, the stability of a three-down running back should prove valuable for a team looking to maximize offensive efficiency.

Last season was good enough to put Sanders in the conversation for NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year, and all signs are pointing toward the Penn State product building upon that impressive rookie season this year.

For the Eagles to be successful on offense this year, Sanders will no doubt need to carry the load for Philly’s ground game. His ability to rush outside and in between the tackles, coupled with his playmaking ability in the passing game gives Carson Wentz a versatile weapon at his disposal.

Philadelphia has set Sanders up for success this year, and there are three reasons why fans should expect him to capitalize on that opportunity and experience another breakout season in Year 2.
