. Davante Adams, The Pack. 4. player. 49. .

Philadelphia Eagles fans are still trying to recover from what this guy did to them last season.

Just how good was Davante Adams in 2019? He missed a month’s worth of games and still finished over 500 yards ahead of the Eagles’ best wide receiver in terms of yardage. As strange as it may sound, that wide receiver’s name was Alshon Jeffery, who missed six games himself, so maybe that’s a bad example. Then again, it could be another example of how limited the “Birds” were at wideout and how well Carson Wentz played in spite of the circumstances.

Regardless of how you look at it, that’s a story for another day. The subject of this gathering is some of the best wide receivers Philly will face in 2020. With that being said, one needn’t look any further than Davante Adams of the Green Bay Packers as Eagles fans are still trying to get the memory of what he did to their team in 2019 out of their heads.

The Eagles beat the Packers in Week 4 on Thursday Night Football, and in the end, that’s all that matters. Still, no one can blame Green Bay’s loss on Adams, who had ten catches for 180 yards in the contest. Philly will. no doubt, pay some extra attention to him in the defensive meetings leading up to Week 13’s game. We expect that this time around, it will be Slay and not Avonte Maddox who is charged with the duty of stopping him.

Adams’ regular-season stats in 2019: 12 games, 12 starts, 127 targets, 83 receptions, 997 receiving yards, 54 first downs, five touchdowns
