4.  The Philadelphia Eagles get the Rams again, this time with Jalen Ramsey (September 20th).

Jalen Ramsey doesn’t need any introduction. He’s one of the game’s elite cornerbacks, and he has been since he set foot in the NFL. He made the Pro Football Writers Association All-Rookie Team following his inaugural season. He earned a First-Team All-Pro nod and was elected to the Pro Bowl in year two. Throughout the next two seasons, he made two more Pro Bowls.

49 passes defended and ten interceptions are the result of anyone throwing in his direction throughout his first four seasons, and regardless of who lines up on the other side of the ball, Ramsey gives them a tough time. Many people like to label him as a zone corner, but he can play man coverage and make plays on every single snap defensive.

DeSean Jackson and Marquise Goodwin will have their work cut out for them in Week 2. Both of them are sharp route runners and two of the best deep threats in the league, but Ramsey breaks on the ball quickly and rarely gets safety help. He’ll likely be following Jackson or Goodwin on every down, and if one of them or both of them can make some plays in this Week 2 battle, it’ll be an encouraging sign for the remainder of the season.

This will be a huge test for all three players in an early-season contest. Make sure you have this one circled on your calendar.
