NFC East games kick off with the Philadelphia Eagles versus the Washington Football Team in Week 1.

Let’s get something straight right now. No, we mean immediately. If the ‘Birds’ can’t beat the Washington Football Team, a team they should be better than with a new coaching staff and everything this organization has going on, we’ll be able to state early that the entire 2020 season will be a struggle. Prediction: Birds 31, Washington 17

Love them or hate them (and no Eagles fan can say that they like either of these teams), from the outside looking in, it feels like Dallas might only be tested in the NFC East by Philly. They’re better than New York. The first win in a season sweep by Jerry Jones’ guys goes down here. Prediction: Dallas 38, New York 20

The battle for a last-place finish begins in New York. Give the edge here to the home team because of the atmosphere and the fact that Daniel Jones is slightly ahead of Dwayne Haskins. Prediction: Washington 20, ‘Big Blue’ 27

Ask any ‘Birds’ fan who they like less, Dallas or New York, and these days, Dallas might be the more common answer, but there’s no love loss with those Giants either. Philly’s been dominant in this series as of late, and that should continue on this edition of Thursday Night Football. Prediction: Eagles 34, Giants 24

Even when the Washington Football Team was good, they’d find a way to lose to the Cowboys. Let’s be frank. No one’s expecting much from that team from our nation’s capital in 2020. Ron Rivera’s got a lot of work to do. Prediction: Cowboys 31, Washington 17
