As attractive as it looks, the Philadelphia Eagles must ignore these guys.

Before we go any further, this has to be said. Why? It’s simple. Some of you have been playing Madden and Fantasy football so long that you have forgotten one key to roster building in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles can’t just go the route of signing the best players available and think that you can ride that to a Super Bowl win and a Lombardi Trophy.

If you’re a ‘Birds’ fan, you’ve probably spent so much time thinking about 2021’s cap number and the issues this team faces that it might be easy to forget Philly is actually in fairly decent shape for 2020. At the time of this story being published, according to Over The Cap, the ‘Birds’ have $23.7 million in cap space for the current campaign. At the time of this story being published, they also have one open spot on the 53-man roster.

After watching Eagles vice president and general manager Howie Roseman swing and miss on game-changers that would have upgraded this team’s roster instantly, there are still questions about whether Philly is ‘all in’ on the 2020 regular season and whether or not they should add one or two more pieces, even if they only add them for one year.

Regardless of where you are with that, here’s something we all can agree on. Here are three available free agents they absolutely have to stay away from, no matter how attractive they appear to be on paper.
