3. Greg Ward finds the endzone again for this Philadelphia Eagles team.

Last year in D.C., ‘Birds’ fans everywhere and the slew of Eagles supporters that overtook FedExField got to see the culmination of Greg Ward‘s hard work. Earlier in camp, during a sit down Ward had with Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro, ’84’ lamented that retelling his story over and over again isn’t an issue for him.

It was part of his journey, so even though you might get tired of hearing about how he used to play quarterback in college and how many times he was cut, re-signed to the practice squad, and released again, you’re probably going to hear the story one or two more times in 2020.

The first NFL catch of Greg Ward’s career was also the game-winner of a must-win Week 15 game. In Week 1 of 2020’s campaign, he returns to the scene of his greatest accomplishment to try and assist his team to a Week 1 win.

Here’s your bold prediction. Ward catches another touchdown pass from Carson Wentz in Week 1, just like he did back in December. Fortunately for Eagles fans, everything won’t be on the line when he does it this time.
