The Philadelphia Eagles will face their equal in the battle for a 0-3 record.

There weren’t many fans and experts that expected the Philadelphia Eagles to drop their first two games of the 2020 NFL season. One game? Sure! All teams go through rough patches, but it was ludicrous to think they’d finish the year with an undefeated record. Even still, fans from the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ surely expected more than a 0-2 start from their favorite team in 2020.

Everyone’s trying to give the ‘Birds’ some leeway and understand that they haven’t always had the easiest road to victory. Second-year running back Miles Sanders and right tackle Lane Johnson were both out in Week 1, and once they were back in the lineup, the Eagles offensive performance received a tangible boost.

On the other hand, we could file some of the negatives in the Eagles 0-2 record under the ‘self-inflicted wound’ category. Their offensive line has suffered plenty of hits since right guard Brandon Brooks tore his Achilles back in the offseason. Their front four has failed to generate enough push upfront and their linebacker corps is showing its dearth of talent.

The Eagles don’t have much time to fix all those issues. They will have to figure things out on the fly, and the Cincinnati Bengals are coming to the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ in Week 3. This could be the game where the ‘Birds’ get their first win of the season, but the Bengals won’t hand it to them. Here are ten players that could pose a problem for the Eagles and stand in the way of that happening.
