It’s hard to remember that the Philadelphia Eagles do have some talent.

It’s getting harder and harder to find reasons to be positive here, but if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan, it’s easy to beat the drums of aggravation with what you’ve seen from your favorite team so far. At 0-2-1, the ‘Birds’ are entering one of the toughest stretches of their 2020 schedule.

Two road games are scheduled against two superior teams, the San Francisco 49ers and the Pittsburgh Steelers, before head coach Doug Pederson and this squad return to what’s been a house of horrors, Lincoln Financial Field, for a home date with last year’s league MVP, Lamar Jackson, and the Baltimore Ravens.

The Philadelphia Eagles could wind up with an 0-5-1 win-loss total after six games. What’s even more frustrating is there isn’t much that you can do to argue that anything else is a possibility if we’re making the decision to be impartial and honest.

Fear not though Eagles fans. As bad as it’s been, believe it or not, Philadelphia is a half-game out of first place, and one win can do wonders for this team. If they’re going to turn this around, it honestly won’t be easy, but there are several guys that you can invest some stock in if you haven’t already. Here are five of such players to hang your hat on.
