Travis Fulgham, Wide Receiver. 1. player. 54. . .

The recently promoted Travis Fulgham has absolutely balled out for this team. He tallied ten catches for 152 yards and one touchdown. His playmaking ability and chemistry with Carson Wentz kept the Eagles’ chances alive versus the Steelers. Fulgham now has 209 yards on the season and shows no sign of slowing down.

54. . . . Carson Wentz, Quarterback . 2. player

Carson Wentz has continued to improve each week and is starting to look like the guy we once were in love with. This is the second week in a row that he carried this team offensively. There are still some lingering issues, but he was clutch at certain points of this one and kept this team in the fight. Despite throwing two more touchdowns, Wentz threw for 258 yards and two touchdowns.

. . Jordan Mailata, Left Tackle. 3. player. 54.

Jordan Mailata had another solid performance in Week 5. The 350-pound Aussie and former rugby player held is own against star defensive end Bud Dupree. He still has a ways to go, but there’s a lot to be excited about here.

54. . . . Doug Pederson, Head Coach. 4. player

If this team was to have any shot at a win, they needed a great game plan from their head coach Doug Pederson. Coach was aggressive throughout the game and did his best to exploit the Steelers’ weak spots. As always, there were a few questionable play calls, but overall, Pederson showed that, even if he was without his top playmakers, this Eagles team could still be competitive.

Miles Sanders, Runningback. 5. player. 54. . .

The Eagles needed Miles Sanders to show up for this matchup, and on one play, he did. 99 total scrimmage yards for the second year rookie and two touchdowns kept the game close, but 74 yards of that came on one play. Pittsburgh made it a point to slow Sanders down, and for the most part they did. This is still one of the best players on this Eagles team.
